Patrick Laimer, founder and CEO of Laimer, had a very deep bond with nature and in particular with the forest since he was a child. In 2012 the master carpenter managed to combine his passion for wood with his love for watches. The result of this "marriage" was his first watch made with wood scraps. Even today, all the pieces of the various watch models are produced exclusively with FSC-certified wood scraps, obtained from the furniture industry. This type of wood comes from sustainable forest management, close to the principles of nature and which stands out for meeting high social standards, making careful and conscious use of resources.
