What guarantee do your products have?

All our products come with a duration guarantee that varies according to the brand they belong to.

In each package we ship you will find the guarantee of your jewel.
The warranty is valid against defects in materials and / or workmanship but excludes coverage for physical or involuntary wear and / or improper use.

What are the shipping times?

Our items are usually shipped in the morning before 12:00, we rarely ship even in the late afternoon.

Delivery will take 1-5 working days. You can contact us in any way to request the status of your order.

How can I modify my order?

If you decide to modify your order please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, we will try to offer you a solution.

How can I return my order?

The Customer must return at his own care, risk and expense , to the address indicated above, the products purchased, intact and complete (including the original packaging), no later than 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the purchased products.

PS. The products must be returned including all packaging and accessories received with the order and must not have been worn or must not show any signs of wear.

Usually we pack our products individually with the respective box signed by the brand to which our jewel belongs.

How to clean and store my jewelry?

Here are our tips for taking care of your jewelry:

  • Do not expose your jewelry to the open air or to light for a long time. Exposure to certain chemicals or environments could compromise the integrity of your jewelry. Some examples (for illustrative and non-exhaustive purposes): sweat, perfumes, cleaning products, chlorine, salt water, thermal water, brighteners for silver, etc.
  • You can clean your jewelry by mixing a little soap with warm water and scrubbing the item with a soft-bristled toothbrush. Be careful: yellow or rose gold plated jewelry requires more care. Intensive rubbing may cause loss of plating. A specific cloth for polishing silver is a great tool to make your jewelry blackened with time shine again. This technique will not, however, eliminate any scratches or bumps on the jewelry. We strongly recommend that you remove all jewelry before going to sleep, showering or participating in physical activities.
